I previously ordered this USB cord on Order #4933, 9/2/16 but I never had to use it. Somehow, I misplaced it and needed to have access to it quickly since the client I service in the Arise organization changed us from receiving calls via telephone to VOIP using a USB headset effective 4/11/18. I had no choice but to order a another USB cord so I would have it before my next day to work. I ordered the headset on 4/12/18 and received it Saturday, 4/14/18. Headsets123 has always been reliable and quick in shipping orders. I do have a brand new headset that I was never able to use because it was too large for my head and I forgot to contact Customer Service to try and replace it with another headset. However, I like Headsets123 and have recommended to others who had a need for great headsets for call center use.
