So far-so good March 27, 2023 Reviewer: Ronald Mathys from Cary, NC United States   The web-page, payment, order fulfillment, and delivery, all went very smoothly. The ear cushion replacements fit perfectly and seem to be better than the factory-originals. It's too soon to say if they are longer-lasting, but I'm guessing they will be. Great Headset March 27, 2023 Reviewer: Beverly Greer from Cincinnati, OH United States   I would have rated this headset "excellent" but the leatherette cushion was not included with the order and the foam cushion is not the most comfortable to have against your ear for several hours.  However, being able to hear the client clearly has been great. I love my headset telephone! March 27, 2023 Reviewer: Roberta KELLEY from STONE MOUNTAIN, GA United States   I really love this phone.  It does exactly what I expected it would do and the sound quality it great.  I also love the size because it easily fits into my small home office space.   My shopping experience was great.  My only problem was I didn't get all the components that were supposed to come with the phone but I contacted the company and they replaced the missing items free of charge.  The only reason they don't get five stars is that I had a hard time getting in contact with them.  But when I did, they were great.
