Headset with USB converter cable September 13, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Tacoma, WA United States   Everything was great except the analog telephone converter to USB cable only worked 3 times before no longer working. Love the headset and dialpad though. Perfect for my needs. The company was was kind enough to send me a replacement USB cable within 3 days of me reporting the original one broken. Just received the new one and hoping it lasts a lot longer. I did pay next day shipping for the original order so feel they should have also next day shipped the broken product replacement. Excellent May 20, 2015 Reviewer: Gabby from Michigan   I just started using my headset about four weeks ago.  I absolutely love it. The sound and clarity is amazing, it is crystal clear. The quality of the headset is just awesome. I love  that it is very comfortable and also the 270 degree rotating microphone makes it very convenient for when  I need to move the mic aside at a moments notice.  The quick disconnect cord  is great when you have to leave your desk or change to another cord for a different application. The telephone keypad dialer is simple to use and I love the stand on the side that allows you to set the headset on  when it is not in use.   I recommend this headset. You will not be disappointed. The volume and clarity is excellent, no buzzing or interference which I had with a Planatronics device, and I would recommend it to anyone working from home. Very much worth the money! Home business/Headset --Customer Service April 16, 2015 Reviewer: Odis Smith from Peoria, IL United States   Your Page was not easy to find.  Just kinda stumble up on it while surfing the internet for a couple of days. You could make ur info on the page a little more detailed.  Everyone I've talked to is not as savy as u might think about the product that they need for the job.  That being said, after my wife used the headset for a few weeks she really loves it.  Its far better than the one that she got from plantronics by far.  I will give it 5 stars.  and if it last longer than the plantronics we will definately buy from u again ... Great product, easy to deal with company March 20, 2015 Reviewer: Marita from Sebastopol, CA United States   What a relief not to have to break the bank to get the quality and performance I need in a phone headset system! I love the compact size of the telephone because I have limited space on my desk. I am a telephone language interpreter and need the space for reference materials, and I need the volume adjustability on both headset and mic.  This one has it all, and for a great price. Finally! A unit that sounds good. January 16, 2015 Reviewer: Rich Hogan from Ventura, CA United States   I am an agent with LiveOps and have bought junk on Amazon where the caller cant hear me.
